GasTapper Limited Warranty

The limited warranty does NOT cover failures caused by:

  • Leaving gas inside the pump/tubing to go stale over a period of time.
  • Any modifications done to the pump or power cord.
  • Operating the unit without a filter.

Any disassembly, modification, or abuse of this product voids this limited warranty.

If your unit is out of warranty, we do offer fast and affordable repairs or replacement parts.

What happens when I want to return a defective product?

We will send you a prepaid label for return of the defective product.
Send the item back to us and as soon as we receive the item we will credit your card or account within 24 hours.

What if I just decide I don't want it?

We will send you a return label and ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. We do not have a restocking fee. Once we receive the product we will provide a full refund to your card or account.

What if the product to be returned has gas fumes? Can I ship it?
